★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular store. Alas today was very busy and our order was messed up (delayed), due to staff member taking name down wrong even though it was given 3 times..... resulting in wrong name being displayed ........ Very frustrating delay..... Pizzas we're ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!! Would NOT reccomend! 1.5hr it took to for our order to arrive! It was stone cold on arrival and when we called the store to ask about it the lady who answered was rude! She said we would recieved a credit than hung up! We recieved nothing! Absolutely appalling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service went in to get pizza from kamo they mucked up the order of the guy at the counter then gave him a free garlic bread. When we got home we didn't get our garlic bread. I tried to ring 4 times no answer and to put me on hold just to hang up on me. Never again

Customer service very rude. Young male on the phone orders needs to change is attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter picked up an order for me which was completely wrong, out of 5 pizzas only 2 were what we ordered. The guy serving seemed very distracted. We live too far away to return and only get into there a couple times of year so some of the family missed out on pizza for dinner. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice now we have received bad service from here. Both times we have tried to complain using the feedback form but no response. We tried calling the store but nobody picked up, I sat on hold for so long it ended up cutting me off. Last night we pre ordered 3 hours earlier for delivery at 6.30pm and it was over half an hour late. You advertise that if you're not satisfied you will issue a refund, but you don't acknowledge your complaints ... you make it VERY hard for someone to complain. I have tried the feedback form, calling the store, sending Facebook messages, Twitter messages and now this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closing timings on google was 12 am and I ordered at 11 pm they canceled my order, then I tried to call them and tried to confirm that they are actually open or not, I call them around 5-6 times but they didn’t pick, then i went to store its bit far from my house, i went there by 11:26 and when I reached there staff was totally free, they were doing nothing, I asked a boy to open the door he said we are closed, then i said it’s 12 am on google, then I asked him to call his manager, and she told me that today we closed at 10 o’clock, then i asked when you know u guys are closing before 12 so why you are not answering the calls to confirm that we are closed, and she was, she was so egoistic, she Didn’t answer me anything, and even she didn’t say a single sorry. I am also working in food industry but I haven’t seen a manager like this, who don’t know what are our closing timings and how to response to a customer, such a ridiculous thing, really really bad experience, when u are busy its a different thing, but when you are free At least pick the call and let the customers know that you are no t interested in to serve them anymore. So they will not come to store and waste there time.
