Exceptional. I cannot express enough my compliments and gratitude for this business and it's owner and staff members. Every single conversation and interaction was informative helpful kind professional and on point. They went above and beyond and even shaved some of their charges due to their compassion for our situation after purchasing a new ride-on second hand from a trader who purchased originally from field days but misinformed us at the time of sale regarding transferable warranty and first free service as well as some aftermarket issues they found unknown at the time. These guys diagnosed and fixed safety issues and problems, serviced the machine, picked up and delivered our mower and just treated us so well with such integrity. I respect them and what they do and recommend them to everyone! 1000% A refreshingly helpful honest and reliable place to entrust your machines and get awesome advice with no judgement! Well done guys!! Thank you so much!

The woman who answers the phone, looks after the counter and parts has no idea at all. Mechanics or ex-mechanics always make the best parts people. I provided a Masport mower serial number in the shop, she used the Masport parts book to try and source the part, no luck. I then had to go home and research the wheel bearing part number myself and get back to her with the part number only to be told "we have those in stock all the time" Grrrr... To make it worse, each bearing was going to cost $6.00 each compared to $4.00 at other places. I needed 8 bearings so it worked out a lot more. They also did a service on our chainsaw and it come back leaking oil which it didn't do prior to servicing. When I took it back and complained I was told "all chainsaws leak oil". I no longer go there.

I needed I bolt for the blades on my mower and the woman servicing me had no idea which bolt would fit and then I needed a special nut for my weedeater so I could change from a Nilon head to a blade and again this woman had no idea I have owned weedeaters for 5 years and I know what I need she needs to leave the selling of parts to the mechanics who know what fits and what doesn't and the mechanics I will never get my mowers serviced there because once they charged me $15 dollars to get nut off my weedeater that took 5 seconds

I just asked if they could fix my device. They had a quick look, decided it can't be fixed and charged me 37$! So 37$ completely wasted. Absurd and not what I'm used to in NZ. They should definitely tell people beforehand. If I had known there is a steep fee I would never have left it there. Disappointing experience
