★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff that always seem to be let down by higher management. I used to go weekly but with surging prices and there usually being multiple ingredients out it becomes an unjustifiable spend. The prices have got to a point where you could literally go to a cafe or restaurant for the same price. Again super lovely staff who try to make the most of their situation but lack of ingredients, hugely increased costs is just quite a sting. Hopefully something changes, for all involved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the new Spicy Korean subway and it was yummy. Polite and friendly customer service and my foot long was perfect. Filled very neatly, not like some that I have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most often only 1 staff working which takes an age!! As I'm writing this its a saturday afternoon with a loong wait as the worker is making phone orders by himself. Ridiculous. Management need to look out for their staff better and have atleast 2 people making sandwhiches all the time. The other day I turned up and they were out of bread. Also on a weeked. Not a well run store at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Saturday at 1pm ( Lunchtime) there were 2 fantastic staff working hard. The phone was ringing and ingredients needed replenishing. The poor staff members were obviously under pressure and whilst polite and efficient couldn’t keep up. This was my first and last visit to this store, as 30 minutes for a subway is just too long.
