Their cheesy crust is better than Pizza Hut. Like way better. But I asked for no sauce but they added sauce on my chicken =____= Service: 4/5 Presentation: 3/5 Food Quality: 4/5 Food Quantity: 4/5 Price per person: $10-$15pp

Pretty good and fast delivery. However the olives that they add in those pizza tastes bitter otherwise rest is fine.

Iv waited 45mins for my pizza and it still has NOT. arrived??? And I only live up the road from the store ??? Like wth ?‍♀️ Do you stop at every house on my street before u get here.. NEVER ORDERING FROM YOUS AGAIN! Most terrible service and yous don't answer the phone. I've. Called 7times in a row! It arrived and THEY REPLACED WHAT I ORDERED WITH SOMETHING ELSE I DIDNT WANT! EFFN USELESSSSS? What do u even call that? custard saggy tinny foil

Worst pizza experience I've ever had. I ordered online, received confirmation of order for 445pm the next day. Went to collect and found store isn't open till 530pm! When owner arrived and I went it to enquire, found he had just cancelled the order! I received no notification and no apology. Disgusting!! :-( Even worse, I can't call anyone, and 2 days later, no one from online complaints has returned my email of feedback communication. From my attached photo, you can clearly see "your order is being made" (and the time top left) which is a complete lie!

Pre-ordered for a post football game feed, so preordered the day before and received order confirmation. Only to turn up on Sunday ready to pick up my large pizza order. They clearly hadn't started it and when asked, they only then decided to check the system. They said, they can start it now but it will take 40 minutes. Both teams didn't get fed, thanks to dominoes Onehunga. Cheers guys, next time I'll go to a local place not the franchise.

Onehunga Dominos we have tried to be patient but last nights fiasco will be our last! Consistently half an hour after due delivery time and last night was 1 1/2 hours after ordering - over an hour after expected delivery and a phone call! Pizza & chips cold - desert was raw, toppings meagre! We had to heat everything and basically cook the custard puffs ourselves as they were just raw dough wrapped in tinfoil!

We have had a range of problems with Onehunga Dominos. The last two orders were particularly bad when one order was nearly 3 hours late, and the state of the food was bad – squashed, cold and not properly packaged. When I placed feedback and tried to get a hold of the store for a refund, I was told on the phone, I would have to get the refund online. I tried to get a hold of Onehunga dominos online about it. Someone eventually responded asking if I had received my order, when I replied that I had, and wanted a refund due to the state of the order, I did not get a response. I finally was able to contact the head office in Australia, and they quickly organized a refund. I ordered from them again, (as we enjoy dominos pizza, and I had hoped they had improved on their service), they again were running late, this time only 30 minutes late. However, the pizza was cold, sides were not properly packaged, I didn’t receive sauce with the sides, and the base was completely different than usual. I placed feedback about this order, 2 days later someone responded from dominos. Initially, they offered a voucher with an expiry date of 2021. I requested a refund. Which they said they would organize. I kept waiting and waiting for the refund. Messages going backwards and forwards with the Onehunga store for about 2 weeks claiming they had organized the refund. Finally, it turned out because they hadn’t dealt with my initial feedback from the first order, she had mixed up the two orders, and only dealt with the first order, which had already been refunded by head office. Somehow, she got these two orders mixed up, even though they were two different dates, numbers and amounts. And all because, they hadn’t bothered to deal with the initial complaint. I will never be ordering from Dominos Onehunga again. Disorganized, slow response to feedback or no response at all (this is not the first time, there have been other times they have not responded and I had to go through head office), and quality of food is getting worse.
