โ โ โ โ โ This store is almost never open, even though it says it is open online. Many times I have driven to the store or even placed an order online only to find out it is closed.
When they are open, the service is often very slow taking far too long to make a pizza and orders are rarely, but sometimes wrong.

โ โ โ โ โ Mediocre at best, if you've got time would highly recommend driving to the Frankton store.
Worst Cheese burger pizza I've eaten in a while - Burnt crust, not much of a cheesey stuffed crust and no sauce on top.

โ โ โ โ โ Every time I go to town I always have at least one pizza.their value range is so good you can customize your pizza but they will charge you for that. But they have stopped adding chilly flakes .if you want spicy pizza they will again charge you for that ?.why Domino's why?but any how pizza they give is a lot more tastier than five Mile branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude staff (6pm 03/01/2022)!!! I ordered for delivery. He rang rudely to say they don't have delivery man. Instead of apology, he cancelled my order! when I told him to speak politely because of their inconvenience.
They should have taken out the delivery option or atleast apologise. Instead he was threatening to cancel my order!
Head office of this branch should teach the staff proper manner

Service was great, but we didn't like how the setup was there as it's very dark inside without much lighting, and we felt disappointed about watching there hygiene habits, just need to tidy up the place and make it more inviting. We only ate one piece of our pizza. Just improve on your guys hygiene gentlemen. Maybe remove the helmets that sit above your customer's pizza's once they're ready. But other than that, keep doing a great job guys. ??โค???

โ โ โ โ โ We have visited the Domino's Pizza in Queenstown many times in the last few weeks ($7 Hawaiian pizza is our favourite!) and Carla who works there is such a friendly and wonderful person! The pizzas are perfect when she makes them and she gives the place a very calm & happy vibe :-)

โ โ โ โ โ I went here today for the first time. There was a young woman there doing everything and really nice about it - taking orders and payments, handling pick-ups, making pizza and she diligently wore gloves every time she went back to make the pizza. However, there was a guy, I think from an Arabian country (just a best guess, I'm not certain since I didn't ask him where he was from) also working there who really was just boxing the pizzas as they came out of the oven, cutting them, and putting the sauce on top but just otherwise hanging around and looking sulky.
When I finished the pizza I said thank you as I brought the pizza box to their counter. I had looked for the trash bin but it it's hard to see as there is no sign on it, and there was a large black device directly on top of it. There was also a large cable hanging down the front from the device so I naturally didn't see it as I passed by. So the Arabian guy rudely told me to put the pizza box in the trash and pointed to it - not at all politely - and when I then saw the trashcan I asked him could he move the cable that was sitting on top and blocking the opening. He AGGRESSIVELY did this movement, as he really resented me 'talking back' to him, to the extent the cable's plug hit up against the the counter next to it and the noise even startled the next guy who had just walked in. The Arabian guy had enjoyed too much telling me to put it in the trash can and hated I had a follow up to tell him the opening was blocked. Too bad, mate. Be polite to customers next time, just like they are to you, be they a woman or a man, treat them the same.
Needless to say, I won't return. And I'll pass on my experience to others, just as I have done here.
