โ โ โ โ โ The food was ok but it was really grubby inside. Used to be that KFC was one of those places that was always clean but the tables were filthy and loaded with rubbish. Won't go back there to eat in. Yuck

Chicken cook well not dry and chips hot and crunchy - a bit too much salt lol ? potatoe and gravy were hot hot which is fantastic โฃ๏ธ not many KFC has hot hot potato and gravy. Thank you ? ps: Clever design the upstairs mirror: can check any customers at upstairs ???

โ โ โ โ โ This KFC staffs is unbelievable rude, I come here to order food by my van, this KFC drive through is very tiny, my van couldnโt drive through, I try to order at counters, but they donโt provide service, so I try to order at drive through, I told them my situation, they agreed to my 12 wicked wings requiring. When I waited 10 mins at the window, they said โ no I couldnโt to promise your order , you should goโ .
I canโt believe people such eating their worlds . The drive through is too tiny is not customsโ problem, they donโt provide counter service, Queenstown KFC should provide other service instead pick up at counter.
Not let them waiting 10 mins for nothing

โ โ โ โ โ The woman that served me today was delightful. She was professional, efficient and SO LOVELY. She put a massive smile on my face and definitely deserves recognition. The rest of the staff were also working hard and the place was clean.

โ โ โ โ โ The Indian lady staff, Andrea I believe, greeted us with a smile and was super courteous & friendly. Knowledgeable and straight to the point when I asked about what was included in the Original bucket set. Her level of customer service definitely stands out from all the other KFCs I've been to in my life.
Ample seating upstairs, clean toilet.
