★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly don’t deserve even one star… EVERY time I order the pizzas, there is always something wrong… I even sent a complaint and didn’t even get an acknowledgment… we already moved to Pizza Hut and I have to say the pizzas are much much better… I’ve been a loyal dominos customer for 20 years… gave up on the brand as of now…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to call these quality. Cheesy garlic scrolls. Dry. Over cooked. Delivery driver couldn’t even deliver to the right place. Ended up going to the business next door, then having the business owner complain to my landlord getting me in trouble

Unfortunately, recently when I have been the staff have ignored customers for 5+ mins standing at the counter, and have told others to come back in 20mins despite being ready on their tracker. The staff on duty make a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Haze is very rude she even don’t know how to talk to the customers even though we are from invercargill and the pizza was order at night and the store kept on calling us to pick up early because they want to shut and time on screen was still 10 mints and once i reached to pick it up the pizza was not ready and it was burnt and that time we tried calling them they did not pick up the call she was saying it is our standard we do know the standards how the pizza should be and rather than resolving issue she was rude ..The poor service ever by Riccarton store members and specially the lady HAZE…I would recommend not to visit this store because its wastage of money and time and staff don not use any gloves as well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, No toppings which I order, I rang the restaurant and spoke to the manager (not sure if he was the manager or not). I told him toppings was missing, his response was so silly. Some slices didn't have one piece of meat on them. No refund. No apology. Nothing. Just shut down the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative I would. I ordered off of Uber eats which didn’t give me an option to choose a crust type. Immediately after placing the order I called to request a thin crust. It was so fast, the employee could not find my order at first. After waiting a minute he found it.and said the order has already been made. When I said it couldn’t have, I placed the order 20 seconds before I called, he refused to change the order.
