★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered burgers online, arrived to collect and paid, was told it would be another 5 minutes which would have been fine, but 5 minutes bacame 20 minutes and it was going to still be even longer. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else, I left feedback on the website and was contacted by the owner, Jamie, who apologised for this experience and offered to make amends. I will edit my post after my next experience at the store.
