★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little dweeb at drive through gave us our 5 drinks in two sets of two cup holders pressed together to appear like a 4 cup holder with a 5th drink resting unsecured on the top, so sure enough as he handed it to us the whole thing collapsed and spilled everywhere (including on me and inside my car.) He saw this happen and just shut his window. This was after the worst customer service imaginable. Extremely rude, impatient and we got overcharged by $10!
Travis, you should definitely find a new job mate, this one obviously isn’t for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m highly disappointed in this kfc, I will never be purchasing from here again. I ordered it to be delivered and they didn’t even fulfil my whole order. The chips tasted awful and were cold with the lack of kfc seasoning. The chicken has too many small bones that my child could choke on… not impressed. When trying to call the store multiple times they would not answer. The staff is simply disrespectful and have no skills to be working in the fast food industry. As a customer I have the rights to what I paid for and they take that with no regard. How atrocious never go here!! My heart is shattered as I was looking forward to this to treat myself having struggled for money the past few years while also going back to study at university - and you know how poor uni students are - honestly.. what a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah well. Maybe it's my age. Maybe I've given up on youthful self delusion. KFC in general has plummeted for me. Too many non-100% experiences. The staff are always excellent although sometimes a bit dull. My list of grievances has grown to long to list. Today was the first time in a long time to give KFC one more try. Sadly no. The fries were 4/10. The chicken was a 6 or 7/10. The incessant mindless background music made me recall the worst sleepless stopovers at Big airports. I'm not going to do it anymore. Things like me eating KFC is destroying the planet. And so much fat and highly refined carbohydrates. I feel underwealmed, guilty and dissatisfied all at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't had one normal experience with this place, always some kind of issue. Nothing ever seems to be In stock and even when it is the staff mess up the order. Literally forgot to put chicken in a chicken burger, don't even know how that's possible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through the drive through on this experience.
When making my order I found the operator rude and quick, as if they just wanted to get the order over and done with.
The drive through was more quiet than usual. I paid for, and received my order and left.
When arrived back to my place I found that they had missed my large potato and gravy.
I drove back, I had the same operator with the same manners, when I tried to explain something was missing they didn't hear me out and sent me to the second window.
The person at the window had similar manners didn't believe me and looked through my bag because they didn't believe me. (As if I wanted to go through all of this just for a free potato and gravy).
Chips and Chicken were dry and cold by the time I got home the second time.
I don't mind people making mistakes, it was just the way it was handled that sucked.
I have decided to drive the extra 10 minutes to KFC Columbo now for my chicken fix as the Riccarton branch clearly needs restructuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered hot and spicy lunch. In 2 mts have been home. Chicken and chips very cold. Chicken half battered. Potato gravy under the sauce white powder in it. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 6 pack chicken wings (I think thats what you call them, the small ones), a small & big coleslaw (ran out of the small one so I had to buy again), and a small coke. Food was good, but one thing that kinda missed was how there was such a big difference between the small and large (regular?) coleslaw. The small was.. very small for it’s price, and the big one was pretty big.
