Have found replacement at Jack pizza. What a difference. No comparison

β β β β β Ordered 2 veggie pizzas and one garlic bread. Pizza was ok but garlic bread was not cooked properly and it was cold, itβs look like they just microwave it, when I tried to call nobody was answering the call, not even 1 star, not recommended ??

β β β β β Generally good quality pizza being prepared by the team but do check that you've received the right order before leaving with your food. The service recovery is honest and upfront when they do make a mistake but the simple check on our part will avoid disappointment.

β β β β β Poor quality pizzas, they were dry with very little topping where some slices had topping no on outer 8 cm and only base sauce in the middle of the pizza (the base sauce was an extra charge). Very disappointing.

β β β β β My son and I went to buy pizza at around 1:00 pm today. As my spoken English is not very good, I asked my son to help me when ordering. When one of the staff in the store saw it, he talked to the other staff and made fun of my English. When we came back to pick up the pizza, the employee deliberately refused to hand me the pizza and asked me in English. My son tried to help me answer, but he ignored it and continued to ask me. I told him I didn't speak English and he handed me the pizza and laughed, obviously making fun of me that way.
New Zealand is a very nice country. Everyone has the right to choose their own language in this free country. This is the first time I have encountered language discrimination in New Zealand. The behavior of this employee made me very disappointed with him and Domino.

β β β β β Pizza was great but service not so. Shouted at me from back of the store, then dumped pizzas on the counter and walked away without even a word. Then as I barely left the counter shouted something I don't know I'f he was growling at the two staff at the front of yelling a name out but no one was in store.. they need to brush up on customer service skills for sure.
