★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how hard is the front counter lady give customers a welcome smile every time we visit. She always looks unhappy and has no passion. The waitress who served us speaks friendly, but not from her actions. For the food we ordered, She just threw it loudly on the table. We ordered pork ribs and did not provide anything to clean your hands (before had lemon water with some tissues). We are still eating, and the waitress came to clean the table and let us feel like "just eat and go, I am off duty soon". The pork ribs it is tough and chewy, with not much sauce on top. other food is tasty pretty average and has no decoration as eat in a takeaway shop.
The worst restaurant in the north area. Smith & McKenzie Chartwell is way better service, even their steak is not yummy than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited five minutes to be seated staff could see us waiting. Was asked for vaccine passport but no point when the seats and tables weren’t cleaned down food scraps still on the seat. Waited twenty minutes for three drinks. No water put on the table. Tried ordering but staff kept telling us meals were run out. It would of been nice to be greeted and explained what was available and the specials if there were any. Meals were good portions and tasted lovely. Just a shame the out the front staff looked so miserable and weren’t enthusiastic with their customers or job. Has alot of potential actual appearance of the inside is well done up just very unclean.

The meal was great, the puddings fab. And a big thank you also to the lovely lady on reception who handled our reservation. She was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently good food. Good experience. A menu we can always rely on. Service has been exceptional during Covid times and we have always felt that safety and hygiene was a top priority.
Hubby gets ribs every time without fail.
The burritos, quesadillas and Johnny Cash stash rotate on my selections whilst our daughter enjoys the kids menu and the Sunday.
Spacious. Nice music. Clean environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good basic meals at a reasonable price. Steak cooked as it was ordered! Quick efficient service though I noticed people next to us were seated before table was cleaned from prior guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to book in.... absolutely awesome wait staff... would not of guessed the head chef was not there due to illness.... the food was stunning.... the only reason i gave 4 out of 5 stars as the lighting was actually really poor.... value for money...would i eat here again...."HELL YES"

Good size children meals, prompt service from a very friendly lovely young lady called Briana.
I also really enjoyed my Dixie chicken, but possible a tad too much sauce? Overall a enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely divine food, came out super quick even though they were quite busy. Our server Renee was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and attentive, so much so that we felt she deserved to be left a tip. Thanks guys for an awesome experience and gorgeous food to match! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
