Really happy with the service here, the quality of the food and the speed of the deliveries.
Plus the manager, Michael is really cute ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible first experience unfortunately. Pizza was mildly warm (at best), fries were UNDERcooked & cold (terrible combo btw), delivery took an hour for what is typically a 5min drive away (if that). Would NOT recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery a few times as it’s the only pizza place that delivers to wainui but very rarely have they gotten my order correct. Continuously forgetting parts of an order and not following the changes made to the pizzas. Why have a customization section if you can’t follow it? After receiving a pizza with an ingredient I can’t eat, I called and let them know. They made me wait 2 hours for a new one. Then more recently, they forgot my sides and with the contactless delivery, it’s too late to say anything as they’ve already driven off! I hope they read this an improve in their accuracy in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can give them zero rating rating coz of unprofessional staff and service they provide.In my whole life i never get a Lava cake like they have pack for me. And don’t know why the other stores do the disposable spoon for lava cakes but this store don’t coz of Covid-19. End of all very bad service
