★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta say I live here in wainuiomata and our McDonald's is filthy. The floor the toilet the tables everywhere is sticky. Not many customers and staff just standing around its like this every time I come in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star service, took burger back and male manager on duty was rude and not apologetic for $9:50 burger slapped in a box with rotton lettuce, disappointing at the manager more than the state of the burger!!!! Terrible service and terrible manners for duty manager ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered nuggets, fries and coke which we waited 17 minutes for. Went to the counter as the only customers in the building and were purposefully ignored for about 5 minutes whilst all the staff chatted.
Food had been sat ready on the side for 10 minutes and they had forgotten to call it out. Apologised and passed us the cold food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream machine has been out of order most times I've been and the updated system (eftpos and instore app scan) wasn't working so well, faster going drive through the customer service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The childrens play area needs some better air filters. It's stuffy and smells of old socks.
It would be nice if more thought was made to completely upgrade the whole place. Old toilets and broken toiletpaper dispenser does not make anyone's experience going there a nice one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increased back to 4 stars as in the last 2 months have noticed staff putting in great effort, great attitude, customer service including newer staff too. I always double check my order before driving away as although it happens less often now, still occasionally an item missing ?
