β β β β β I strongly believe Don to be the best at what he does. He communicates so well, that it felt like my communication skills were poor ?
There were consistent updates throughout the process, he put in overtime, late hours, weekend hours, the works! Don soared above and beyond to make our process an absolute breeze. Once Don took over, my worries and stress were gone! He laid down the plan, explained it all well, reassured me throughout, gave sound guidance in times of confusion and ultimately, he executed everything to a top standard.
What really surprised me was the personal relationship he established and developed along the way. As mentioned, he went beyond the job description, and stretched out his hand to help with personal matters. Related, but were definitely outside the scope. That my friend! Is a shining quality that you may not get anywhere else!
Don gave me an extremely competitive price that blew all others out of the water. The amount he charged, in no way, amounted to the amount he deserved. Had I been able, I wouldβve paid him more.
Don stuck with me through and through. I believe I would not have had as much of a successful outcome, had I gone with anyone else. Even once we crossed the finish line, Don was still there. As if he had become family.
I highly recommend Don to any and all! You will not be disappointed.

Normally the whole process could be stressful and you could have a lot of doubts about your decision. Some agents I met only wanted to push you and made you feel βDo it now ,otherwise it would be too late.β But Donovan is different, he is always there for you more like a friend, he answers your questions, helps you with the documents where he can and gives you advice as a professional not as a salesman.
