★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I was not spoken to in all the time I was in store. I went in for a new knit instead of always buying on line. The store person with the braided hair was the only one "serving ". I pulled a few items, walked past her and she walked past me on a number of times and not once did she speak to me or get eye contact for me to say "hi ". Maybe I looked too old! I am not as young as their normal customers. She had one other person in store. She stayed behind the counter and a couple of times came out and hung up items.
I came in to support you store DOTTI and now feel deflated. Probably won't come back to a store.
