β β β β β Room smells bad, bathtub has dead insects, sink, toilet bowl and bedside table full of dusts. $16 parking, $4 per bottle of water, and so troublesome to get wifi! Wonβt be back again.

β β β β β Great room and location, only issue we had was with the check experience. I understand things have changed with Covid but having no one on reception was unusual. The first impression wasn't what I would have expected from this Hotel Chain. Having to phone through to someone and having to wait 15 minutes before phoning again to get someone to check us in wasn't the best experience. Hope this was just a one off and their service is usually great.

β β β β β AC was terrible , never worked as per temperature set. I had to open balcony's door to keep the room cool. Toiletries were provided just for 1 person when we were two guests. I booked hotel for $99 and they charged me $149 at reception. I am sorry but I had to cancel my second day booking and wont ever visit the hotel again.

β β β β β Place is well kept and well furnished. View is gorgeous, as to be expected. Unfortunately roomed next to a couple that would not stop arguing and that ruined my stay from a 5 star experience to a 4 star.

I just wanted to try this hotel so far this is a good amenities.close to the beach and you have a wonderful view.I just stayed a night here and I donβt know much about it but this is an awesome experienced for me.I gladly that I stayed here and staffs were friendly.Beautiful place and scenery.

β β β β β Wouldn't stay again. Our key card did not work, had to keep getting it reset. Once or twice is fine, but it got to a point where we missed out on a few things due to running back and fourth from room>reception. No one at reception which meant more waiting for someone to come over from the Hilton. We must have been unlucky enough to get one of the dated rooms; stains and marks on the wall, bath, carpet, furniture etc. Overcharged for our room by $245.00. Double our nightly rate! Stayed almost a month ago and haven't had any response from the hotel manager re our refund. Sorry but we won't be back or be recommending this place. Wouldn't class this as a 4 star hotel.

β β β β β View is gorgeous, as to be expected. Rooms were clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Off street parking was little hard to get around the hotel but, other than that everything was great, Will stay again for sure.

β β β β β Suggested by Air New Zealand website. Managed by Hilton. Wow! We couldn't believe the prices but then we understood.Soft bed, small living room, kitchenette, lake or wall concrete view (therefore prices differences), limited parking off the street or 16 dollars per 24 h (or leave your car up the hill 250 m - on the main road - good workout though) Despite of private parking behind the building mainly empty. Toiletries were provided for one person when we were two guests. At 2:30 PM asked at the reception for room service (soap, towels). I was told it would be a few minutes waiting. I had to use my travel emergency bag (bring one, just case!). No one came to provide with at least soap or towel! I left at about 3:30 PM. Apologies received. Found a door card and an used? Face mask under the sofa!!!!! Dust on the bed headboard and no toilet brush. In Covid-19 times, unacceptable cleaning standards.
