A wonderful gem with amazing clothes and other miscellaneous goodies A favourite of mine. Love this place a frequent buyer and supporter of hospice. A wonderful cause. Paul is a delightful assistant who is polite and courteous. A real asset to the hospice philosophy.

This doesn't feel like a 2nd hand shop. The clothes are often designer, the items more like antiques. Prices are higher than other places - but so is the quality. Also, they sell awesome beanbags which are a huge win in our house :-)

Great place. The staff are lovely and helpful. Every thing on sale is clean, in really great order and very reasonably priced. Great to be able to support a worthy cause. I am a regular shopper. From the outside you would not realise it is a second hand place. They take real pride in their displays and everything is clearly priced so you don't need to ask. Highly recommend to all

Every time I've been here the staff have been really rude not to sure if it's the area . Things are very overpriced in this store - brands like cotton on etc that had tags on were the same price or a couple of dollars less than buying at cotton on or simular stores I don't think they take into account most of the chain stores often have 50 % off sales . These stores also seem to forget that all of the stock they receive is donated so I think they are a bit greedy

It has the potential to do so well, it's in a great location as well but the pricing is out of control. When it first opened it was perfect, it was so busy and I was in there almost everyday with my mum. You've got to be realistic in the pricing and yes I can understand it's for a good cause but the pricing is like a normal retail shop when the items are second hand. It's a shame because they won't be around for much longer because it's no where near as busy as it used to be.

Size 14 is 'plus size' so if you can't find anything on the rack, head to the corner of shame ?

I have been to this shop a few times, the shop itself is great. However, yesterday an old bloke had a fall outside, split his head wide open with no one helping him and one of the incredibly rude staff members (didn’t catch her name but she was brunette, kind of stuck up and probably in her 60s) came out, offering no assistance and saying to him β€œYou need to get your meds sorted” and then just walking off. Another lady who was on her way to another shop helped assist and while I called an ambulance, she managed to get a 1st Aid kit from a younger Indian chap who had a far better attitude than that brunette lady in her 60s. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself. Though the Indian man was helpful, none of the staff bothered to mention that there was a doctors practice just around the corner from their shop. Until another lady let us know, by then the mans wife had shown up and she tracked down a doctor and took him to the hospital. I am very disappointed, especially in an organisation that is meant to be there to help people. A real shame to see them fail the people they are meant to be raising money for.

This is a worthwhile charity shop with quite a wide range of used goods. Search around to find some bargains.
