★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I called them first to double check all the needed documents for money exchange. They asked for passport, withdrawal receipt and proof of address. I provided everything since “I am not a member” but one of the lady RUDELY says NO because my bank statement (proof of address) is not recent. Who ask for a recent one anyway? Most statements are already online “lady”. I traveled from Onehunga and it is so traffic and you just rudely say no. You have to learn how to properly deal with your customers.
By the way, I recommend TRAVEL MONEY NZ BOTANY. Very nice staff and they’ll beat the price from other stores.
Don’t bother coming here.
