โ โ โ โ โ My Z-Track has been in the workshop twice in a few weeks, the second time I told them on the day of collection that it had a broken part which they would probably need to order in, I was told by them 2 days later that it needed a part and they needed to order it in. Got the unit back and went to use it for the first time again only to find it had a flat front tyre that won't inflate, so still can't use it. Very poor customer service so far from D&E and I'm a new customer too.

โ โ โ โ โ Our JD lawnmower has been through two engines after just 240 hours. The second engine that blew happened over a week ago. After not hearing anything I called and was told it is a very common problem as these are just entry level mowers. I still expect them to start and cut grass. It seems JD gear isn't what it used to be, D&E don't stand behind their products, charge a fortune to fix anything and take their time to make contact. You have lost a customer for life and I will be sure to warn others off dealing with you.
