★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Toilet was blocked, asked for a new room. New room was under owners room and banging and yelling all night.
Also there was a light coming through the wall from thier room on the other side.
Very dodgy feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was run down needs an upgrade it was clean but not upto my kind of standards had some cobwebs on the ceilings and in the bathroom. Shower had some hair that wasn’t cleaned out. The utensil drawers had ants crawling in it. Aircon in the second level of the unit I stayed in didn’t work only the down stairs one worked. The curtains in the upstairs level wasn’t hanging properly. wifi connection was poor had to use my own data. Bed was comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait to get into my room as the people running it were not there. I rang them and the reply was we will be 15 minutes cause they were at pack and save. I've stayed here a few times and the rooms have been really nice but now the place and the rooms are going backwards.

Was staying the night with my partner and couldn’t get any sleep, reception smelt like bad B.O , room looked appealing but later found bed bugs on both queen and single bed in the room (room 10) to be exact! So many we couldn’t get any sleep was so Disgusted had to go sleep in our car, called them up to get a replacement room but was told that they are all booked out? just making excuses that’s all I can say, Bathroom lights were dodgy and idk about anyone else that has stayed in this room before (room 10) but I had trouble sleeping, some sinister feeling in that room, had a bible underneath kitchen cabinet which I thought was out of it and weird picture right behind the headboard of bed...
don’t not recommend this place at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alittle run down, uncomfortable beds not alot of sleep thanks to the winz clients drinking and arguing.
But it's ok for cheap if you want to be close to everything in. Friendly helpful staff clean enough room,not many tv channels, they don't even have TV 1 and 2 channels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 95% of the time there was no wifi.. it would connect for about 1 minute then drop off. I rang reception and she denied it. No good. The fridge freezer had a large build up of ice. Shocking winz customers arguing a few nights , requiring police assistance. It smelt like mould in the room even though they had just painted aluminum windows and ranch slider. The shower tray was cracked and they repaired it with a wide plastic tape, fell like you going to fall through, sub standard fix. No towels for 12 hours because the housekeepers never turned up to work, but you would think the reception people would have brought some because there were at least 6 other rooms with there towels and sheets outside overnight like mine. I would not recommend, it's cheap but still not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has gone downhill over the last few years. The room I was in only a third of the lights worked. The curtains were only hanging on by a few hooks. The tv had no remote & was stuck on whatever the last occupant had used it for.
