★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely usless, never answered their phone, never spoke to a person untill I actually went there, to be told my application is being processed in the Philippines & they could be contact with me with other questions, they are not holding any viewings at the property advertised because there is no vacancies at the moment. In 2 less days 2 other property management companies had processed my application, taken me for viewings & approved me for 2 other properties. Du Val portfolio management.... absolutely no contact at all!!!
