★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, while travelling home to Wellington from the Bay of Islands, we had one of the front fog light bulbs on our Jaguar XK8 fail. As we use the fog lights to augment our visibility to other motorists, I called into Duncan & Ebbett in Hamilton after searching for Jaguar dealers on the web.
We arrived at the service department, with no appointment, and asked if there was any chance of them fitting us in for a bulb replacement. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful - even though the service department was fully booked for the day. Within minutes a mechanic appeared to take our car into the workshop, and he even paused for a second to give us directions to a local coffee shop.
By the time we returned with our coffee, the job was done. And to top things off, the bill was WAY less than we expected. Top marks to the entire team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't bother son bought a $29000 ute, which is alot for a young family, before buying exc sales and communication. Now it has issues have to keep phoning and then don't hear back. Sick of car dealers that only want their commission then can't be bothered. Will give a couple more days then wont be so nice. Go to Tauranga Ebbett or Ssangyong fantastic after sales
