★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had NZ postage services that has been removed now about 2 years ago and they had changed the structure and function of the building . Their customer services are great usually if not always. I had unsatisfying matter that needed their expertise, even their Senior bank Manager was Not useful rather they told me contact other places to find out . He was not willing to look within or dig deep to find the actual reason for a problem. At that point I found their Customer services to be well below the line due to their scorned and Cold behaviour and elevated Facial expressions and body Language and the way they appeared to sort something for me but it was nothing they could do as it was translated the same as “We can’t do Anything to resolve this”. I was left Dry and Empty without any solution.
I liked the Old Lay out system with NZ Postage services available for public users. You can still go about your own there and make all necessary Bank related jobs get done , however now it is just the standard Kiwi Bank with less privileges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's an efficient 'concierge' process in place now - though still only one teller counter?. The staff member who attended us was extremely pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are lovely and helpful, can't fault the customer service BUT only having one counter for service is extremely frustrating. Every time I'm in there it's a long queuing time. I wouldn't ever go in if I didn't have to get change for work. Can't stand the experience.
