★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hugely impressed with the service from Pack & Send Dunedin. When i arrived with a box of china to get to the top of the south island,
it did not faze them at all. They helped me to feel confident in their ability to pack & deliver to my destination safely. When i arrived home the box was there and was perfectly and professionally packed. Top marks to all. I would highly recommend this company to all. I am already planning to use them again in the future.

It would have taken a lot of time to do this, and the price was also very competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. We had an expensive PC delivered to us by Pack & Send Dunedin. The seller paid an egregious amount of money for "Sensitive" shipping as this was a fragile item. They evidently dropped the box as a corner was dented (see image).
The PC would not boot properly due to the damage that the PC (specifically the GPU) sustained in the drop. We had it inspected by a professional IT repair shop and the assessment was that "the GPU experienced a downward shunt or a high G-force event" which bricked it and damaged the motherboard PCIE slot along with it.
The company claims no responsibility to the damage, as they said "there is no way to prove that we dropped it". If that's the logic they use, then there's no way you can make any claim for damage as they can always claim that the recipient was the one who dropped it after delivery :)
Will never use this service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an item into their store to get an estimate so I could put approx shipping cost in ad. That was $85. Sold it so took item into their shop to be told nearer $300 "as is valuable and doesn't have a box" . It has the same value and absence of box as when I took it in for an estimate! I am now in a very embarrassing position with my buyers. These guys are a waste of time, pack it yourself and send via NZ post as I am going to.

They quoted the shipping of artwork within a day, had picked it up within 2 days from rural Dunedin, it was couriered and arrived in Auckland a week or so later, where I opened it and found it was very well packed with no risk it could be damaged. I couldn't recommend more highly.

It arrived very quickly to Melbourne, with no problems, and with access to great tracking for piece of mind.
