β β β β β Was going to be an impromptu treat for me and kids. 2 staff behind the counter, 1 left as we approached, the other continued doing whatever he was doing. We discussed what we were going to order and waited and waited....not once were we acknowledged, didn't even look at us so we left and went to Couplands

β β β β β Today my partner and I witnessed a manager yelling and abusing one of the workers to the point that the poor girl was clearly very upset. I asked her if she was okay and she shook her head to say no and almost burst into tears. I'm very concerned for the mental health and wellbeing of the staff working here. Nobody should be belittled and treated the way she was. I'm appalled by the behavior I saw. I believe the girls name was Michaela and honestly if I was ever treated the way she was I would quit and make a serious complaint. Michaela deserves better than that.

β β β β β Used to love this place for a treat but came here last week and and the service was absolutely horrific. Gone massively downhill since our last visit over a year ago - one staff member was on the floor and we didn't even get acknowledged once, we stood there and discussed what we were going to order for a good few minutes and he just carried on fiddling with the computer and didn't say one word to us. Hot food cabinet was completely empty and filled with paperwork and old newspapers which is a really bad look for customers. Management really needs to sort this place out - very disappointing!

β β β β β Got the coffee and two donut combo. The coffee was average but not ranking it down for that it's one of the two donuts that was a huge disappointment. The bavarian creme donut was nice but the strawberry donut was stale and must have been yesterday's stock... Terrible. Very disappointed.

β β β β β This place is magical itβs like stepping into donut heaven. The donuts are fresh, delicious and of course very appealing to look at and eat. These donuts are way better than that other company, Krispy Kreme ?. Always buy dunkin.
