★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Karen to review a building contract, which needed to be completed at very short notice - during the busiest time of the year leading up to the holidays. I was very appreciative of Karen's willingness to fit me into her busy schedule. She completed the review on time as promised and was very generous with her time answering a multitude of follow up questions, which included a number of complexities and back and forth negotiations with the builder. Karen is extremely knowledgable and highly professional; it is obvious that she brings to her work a wealth of experience and a customer-oriented focus which is hard to find and much appreciated. She was also very clear regarding her pricing and we completed the work within the budget she originally quoted.
I enthusiastically recommend Karen and give her services a 5-star rating.
