Man on the counter was bit rude. Typically Indian style manners.
Would not recommend apart from chicken biriyani… not even mutton biriyani..
Costomer service need to improve a lot …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really pathetic. Multiple times the order was delayed by an hour and when I told them about it, the chap at the counter (Sandeep) sounded really arrogant and defensive. Their Biriyani has been on and off - Never ever try Egg Biriyani, Mutton Biriyani. The Chicken Biriyani is somewhat acceptable. The other dishes are hit and miss too. I didn't mind the charcoal flavored chicke. The Bhuna Chicken was burnt and when I told Sandeep about it - there was no apology and instead he wanted to explain that it can get burnt etc. Took a bit of time to get him to agree that it shouldn't be served like that. I didn't take a replacement pack of Bhuna Chicken but he refunded me the money. The egg in the Biriyanincontained shells - which is a strictly no no for me. Overall the experiences have been really poor at this place and I don't want to go back here. Nor I recommend this place to anyone. Sandeep was arrogant to yhe point that he said if customers are not "cooperating" for their mistakes in this tough times then he doesn't want those customers. With that ideology I can only say Good Luck to this business for survival. Realistically I want to give it a negative or zero rating at least.
