★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Auckland from Canada 2 years ago. This was the best biryani I’ve ever had, I still think of it when ordering Indian food here. If possible, can you tell me what sauces are served with the biryani? 2 came with my meal, I think it was the white one that was next level amazing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but took 20 minutes to answer the phone, told us to come pick up in 20 minutes, and then we had to wait for over an hour once we arrived. Ended up taking almost 2 hours from when we tried to order until we got our food, and had rude service while we were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always friendly. I order takeaways at the Empress every week and the wait time is never more than 30 mins. Recommend the lamb saagwala and dahl tadka. Garlic naan is top notch and I always get coconut rice.
