β β β β β Don't go here for sns!
I had a voucher for a massage and a manicure (sns removal and reapply). The massage was decent but have had better elsewhere. After the massage I went on to get my nails done, the nails alone took 2 HOURS. I've been getting sns done elsewhere for about a year and it only usually takes 45mins to an 1 hour max if the salon is really busy. 9/10 of my nails have bumps or little lines in them. She put a gel top coat on one hand and put it into a uv light cause it wasn't drying fast enough. A couple of days later the gel top coat is peeling off and flaky and the sns is starting to chip, it doesn't look good at all. Theres also not much colour options to pick from.
Overall not a good experience and wouldn't go back

Usually sns lasts me 3-4 weeks before having to get them redone

β β β β β Had a beautiful mani/pedi the day before my wedding. Highly recommend. Lovely, clean, relaxing and the team there are amazing!!! I have been coming here for some years now and East Day Spa Wellington never disappoints!!!

β β β β β I very much wanted to rate this higher but it was quite an unspecial experience for the premium price we paid. Soon to be husband and I booked in for a special pamper session week of the wedding and we'd built the day and treatments especially with a lovely engaged person via email.
Staff were friendly but we'd hoped for a little more of a special experience, or acknowledgement, for what we paid.
The couples massages were good, with skilled staff and a nice enough room (minus the day to day noise creeping into the room)
The relaxation room was lacking a relaxing atmosphere - bright lighting and felt like a waiting room. Have been to similar spas where you get to shower and unwind, have a robe to change into - maybe a hot tea. Instead we sat awkwardly as to not put our shoes on the day bed and drank orange water from paper cups.
Our scalp massages we'd especially looked forward to were forgotten about until the very end too - one tacked on, the other offered but the session was all done.
Probably won't be back sadly, there are better value alternatives we prefer with more ambiance

β β β β β Keeping in touch massage with my husband. The ladies were lovely and checked on us multiple times throughout the massage. The ladies on the front desk were very attentive and welcoming when we first arrived, they were also great at replying to all my emails as well. The location is random and we found ourselves second guessing "is this it." But once inside it was fine.

β β β β β An absolutely lovely atmosphere and instant relaxation from the moment you step out of the lift. The reception staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. My therapist was wonderful. Introducing herself as soon as she came to get me from the relaxation room. Through my massage she checked if the pressure was OK and made sure I was comfortable etc. I'll definitely be back soon!

β β β β β Lovely decor and restful setting. Brilliant manicure - felt very pampered. Pedicure service was a little bossy and unengaged, but still gave great outcome. Front desk service was delightful. Very easy to book online.

β β β β β Went here for a pregnancy massage. The massage was nice and my muscles definitely felt way more relaxed afterwards. The decor and waiting room are lovely. Would have been 5 stars if they had one of those tables with a hole in for your bump. They provided pillows to make lying on your side more comfy but would have been nice to lie on my front.
