★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking & unfair comments made by my doctor today about my serious health concerns, despite me being a loyal patient for many years. Incredibly unacceptable behaviour from a so-called professional who should keep his personal comments to himself. Not going to change to another practice because why should I??
He would love that but it ain't gonna happen, because that would be admitting defeat & letting him get away with what he's done. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst medical center you may be able to find in NZ. The service is poor and they charge you extra. The behavior is so unprofessional and your complaints would never find it's way as they always support each other.
Do not go close to this rip off center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only went to this surgery because the cardiologist at Base hospital said I couldn't keep my doctor of 30yrs in Auckland if I wanted my surgery to go ahead. I have never been seen by them but due to covid-19 lockdown I been away from Taranaki and getting them to forward my scripts to the pharmacy in Rotorua. They told me I had to pay my outstanding account which I did and today they have refused to send through my usual 3mnth script because apparently it's against the law to do that without seeing me first and told me to go to a Walk in Clinic instead.
I am a 51yr old Diabetic on Insulin, Blood Pressure & Heart meds awaiting an operation at Waikato Hospital and this is how it is for me this Xmas. Well I hope your happy with yourselves Eastside Medical because I can't afford to attend an Emergency clinic and I have run out of some meds and my last insulin shot will be on Sunday. Wish I had never left Manly Medical. I'm over this health system and I give up. Merry Xmas to all Doctors and their Code of Ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dangerous practise, Dr Chang is discriminatory, complaints are not legally processed, medical center has no issues refusing service for zero reason leaving people in medical emergencys, Center managment is a joke, refusing to even engage in official complaints processes.
Dr Chang is dangerous and has multiple serious complaints against him for not listening to paitents and refusingf care based on his narrow minded views
