β β β β β I called in on a bikepacking trip after the gravel roads had given my road bike a bit of a beating. No nonsense service, non biased advice, quick turnaround and a little bit of banter too. Great bike shop.

β β β β β Just had a tune up done on my bike. I rang them up because I felt it wasn't quite right. They told me to bring it in for a look. After I brought them the bike they told me to come back in a hour. Upon my return they had replaced my rear break pads and installed a new cassette, corrected the breaking issue overall retune and advice on future work needed down the track. As they felt this should have been done in the first place they said this was for no extra charge. I was blown away! Legends! Well worth supporting this crew. Think Blair was the guy I delt with.

β β β β β I drove all the way down here from Kerikeri to ride in the Round The Mountain Challenge and noticed a screw missing from my derailleur mount when I put my wheel back on. Being an amateur and not even sure if I'm putting the wheel on right let alone if this missing screw is going to end in disaster I go into panic mode. I take the bike into this store and the awesome people here have me fixed up and smiling in a few minutes with no charge and well wishes for the race on Saturday. Next time I visit I WILL actually buy something!

β β β β β Very disappointing service. I call the guy the "nah" guy! Asked about electric bike hire...nah! What about ordinary bike hire...nah! Really!!! Our first taste of Taranaki hospitality. Lift your game man.

β β β β β Took my Trek e-bike to a big Department Store style shop that does bike work. My shifting wasn't working well at all. The shop gave the bike back saying "all good" with a bill for the tune up. Still not working well at all!!!! Took it to Mitchell and, in the same afternoon, got it back. WOW!!! It shifts like a dream. Great work. Pays to go for the experience!!!
