Initially took a bike I was looking to buy for an inspection, they said "nothing is wrong with the bike", never got a written report but though oh well and I bought it. With less than 4kms of driving after it came through their workshop the bike broke down, brought it back to them thinking maybe I was just unlucky and something they couldn't have found in the inspection gave out. Carb was running so lean it killed the bike, and was bad enough to foul brand new spark plugs with 10kms on them. Said it would cost about $200 to fix, 2 weeks go by till I get it back and they say $595 now that it's done, x3 as much for 'tuning'. They bargain down to $497 ...Turns out they never actually did an inspection when I first brought it in, just said they did, the mechanic even admitted to not test driving it, which is why I never got a report.
I get home and notice they've cracked the speedo housing and taken paint off around the bike, when questioned about it they say it was already there and sent a photo they took showing the damage, I had taken videos and photos all round the day it was taken in so I know it's 100% a lie.
Wouldn't trust these people with storing a motorcycle let alone working on it. They cram bikes in their tiny workshop and I even saw them damage someone else's bike when taking mine out. Also held onto a bond illegally and stopped replying.
Didn't actually fix the bike either, still doesn't run.

β β β β β Sorted my bike out after no one else was interested (because itβs heavily customised). Did a great job, professional, quick and reasonable price. As others have mentioned he mainly does Harleys but he also knows his way around BMW better than most others!
