★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find this company used google search for my garage door issue. Seen the reviews and ratings on their website are really good, called them request a quote. Jinny response very quick and pop up on next day. I did not meet him as have two kids have to care. Jinny quote the work and did the following works:
Replacing Merlin Elite,
2.5m extra long rail fitted
3 x remotes
Door open/close limit adjustment
Re-tensioning 2 x torsion springs
He texted me a few photos showing the works after He finished. I checked it later the day was very good results, really happy, I would love to write this reviews for a bit contribution on their total review rates as I definitely received the benefits from it. I have put them on my workman ship list for future works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loud thud from the garage on a Friday evening is the not kind of sound one would like to hear, especially during the lockdown. I had the unfortunate event of the garage door torsion spring breaking into half. It was already past 1700 hrs and I decided to Google for some after-hours repair services. Chanced upon two ads mentioning 24hrs service in the North Shore area. Rang the first one and after a long wait/call diverts, the person who answered stated that the techs were out and she will take a message and I will be contacted on Monday at the earliest for an appointment. At the back of my mind, I thought "what a joke, 24 hrs service?". Anyway, I decided to call the second ad which happened to be Eden Garage Door. Spoke to Jinny about the problem. He gave me a quick quote and stated that he will come on Saturday morning. Jinny came on time, fixed the springs in less than 1/2 hr and charged me what I thought was a reasonable price. He even bothered to explain the reason for the springs to break. Not only was I happy with Jinny's workmanship, I was particularly impressed with his customer service, friendly demeanour and importantly with the "as advertised" service. I wish there are more such trades people. Thank you Jinny/Eden Garage Door. You definitely have our recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have reviewed my first review after Eden Doors corrected the problem with a noisy garage door. They were swift to act and attended to the problem efficiently. I am happy to recommend a supplier that acknowledges a problem and fixes it without fuss.
The issue was they replaced a damaged garage door with a new door with panels that bang loudly every time the door is opened or closed. The previous door did not do this.
