Guy called Andrew really should not be working. his customer services is just wow... never seen customer services like this before ever in my life.
Canceled loan car only because my vehicle got towed a week earlier for booked service with loan car and they never let me know regarding canceling the loan car.... I've been waiting for a month because I really needed it for my work and now they say no loan car and haven't even checked the vehicle for a week time..

From the moment I walked in to the moment the car was delivered my barrage of questions was answered and everything I requested was adhered to (I'm sure if I had requested a jar of just blue M&M's that would have been fulfilled too), Giltrap North Shore also did a few extras that they went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer.
The icing on the cake was getting a full tank of gas when the car arrived. They say the devil is in the detail and the detailing inside and out was top notch. No cup holder left unturned.
