โ โ โ โ โ Eden Park BnB is a fantastic place to say with a real Kiwi welcome. All the five guest rooms are comfortably furnished with lots of additional little touches to make your stay restful and relaxing. Marlene cooks a cordon bleu hot breakfast every morning and the guests sit around the large dining room table which is in the open-plan kitchen. For solo travellers, it's a great opportunity to meet other guests and discuss your different experiences in NZ and around the world! It's a better-than-home experience, very close to the Eden Park Rugby Stadium, within walking distance of Mount Eden, with a variety of restaurants and a good supermarket close by, and very accessible to public transport. Close to the city centre but out of it! I spent 12 nights and would definitely stay again.

The Eden Park Bed and Breakfast is one of the few I can recommend to everybody without any restrictions. Great hospitality, excellent support (even if you arrive in the middle of the night), beautiful rooms and a breakfast you will remember for years.

โ โ โ โ โ Marlene and Eden Park were our first introduction to New Zealand in February 2015. Eden Park received a high number of excellent reviews in TripAdvisor so caught our attention. In our experience it deserves all those reviews.
We were welcomed prior to the stated check-in time. The rooms are charming and the beds are comfortable. We had a smaller room without an ensuite bath but the bathroom was private and very well appointed with bath/shower. As it was beside the room it was not an inconvenience. The lovely back deck overlooking the garden was open to all and added to the relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfasts are delicious and large. We were in New Zealand for 6 delightful weeks for which Marlene and the Eden Park experience set the tone.

โ โ โ โ โ We had a great stay at the Eden Park Bed and Breakfast. Just a short walk to some nice restaurants and bars and Mt Eden. The best breakfast we had during our trip (and standard was high) and comfortable bed. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Auckland or if you don't want to be too far from the airport and be in a nice neighbourhood at the same time.

โ โ โ โ โ Wonderful. We had exceptional hostesses with Marlene and Tony. Amazing breakfast, everything you would like, our Cream Room was a very pleasant room, everything was laid on for you. Even a hair dryer. You could help yourself to tea, coffee, and for a small fee beer, wine. Cookies to go with your cuppa. Mr Darcy added a special touch. The guests lounge was a very relaxing space. Will go again.

โ โ โ โ โ Thank you Marlene and Tony! We had a wonderful stay at the Eden Park B&B in December, our first stop off the plane in Auckland. We arrived during the family Christmas party and were welcomed right away with bubbles and good old fashioned Kiwi hospitality. Our breakfast spreads were delicious and very accommodating to our dietary needs. Highly recommend for those traveling through Auckland looking to be welcomed warmly into a local's home.
