โ โ โ โ โ Great place to stay, we've been here a few times. Close to Mount Smart when going to concerts or games. The room is modern and clean with private entrance and garden area with beautiful lawns.
The owners are always very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is usually muesli, canned fruit, bread and spreads and enough milk. Unit has a mini kitchen and it would be nice to have eggs and a few side options (bacon, mushrooms etc) to cook up. Other that that, always nice to stay here.
