★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representative told us that the $450 price will cover TWO visits for cleaning the roof. This was misleading as we received the second bill after the second visit. Trying to email the company twice there was no reply at all. I paid the second bill but this is not right.
I don't think we will deal with Edwards and Hardy in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the Auckland branch, I think his name is Evan is horrible. Let's say he should not be handing out his business card when he is abusive to my partner and I in public. Highly un-recommend and highly un-professional! You should replace him straight away who has a better reputation and doesn't yell and put people down. 0 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Edwards & Hardy Auckland for many years. But I wonder if there has been a change of ownership? Sometime last year and again today, I was called and was yet again appalled at the attitude of the guy who called me. Doesn't take 'No' for an answer, talks over me, is objectionable and rude on the phone. What on earth happened to the lovely Patrick that worked for you? I have now refused to used Edwards & Hardy purely based on the objectionable attitude and rude guy on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No happy with the company at all, was never told that it will take 12 months for the treatment to work, would have rejected if it was mentioned when the Sales Rep turned up at my door step as it doesnt help us with our purpose. when there was no change in the condition of the roof called up the auckland office only to be told it will work but takes 6 to 12 months to work. when complained that it doesnt serve my purpose and was not aware of it the lady said she will get the auckland sales manager to call whom I dont want to speak to as I know him personally and I dont feel comfortable talking to, the lady was so rude said he is the sales manager and he is the only one available to speak to. NEVER GOING TO USE THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. I wonder how they can charge when we havent received the result of their service... thinking commerce commssion might be interested in knowing how this works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have cancelled the job and told them to leave it till further notices as they been ringing every 2nd week, even i replied the text messages No to stop but still someone tend up at the property and then my tenant have stopped them too as they have fish pond outside so needed to arranged their safety from chemicals and the guy said he will call and will make new appointments.. After 2 weeks no one called, nothing and they ended up to the property and left the card job is done.. when my tenant came home she called me to check if they were supposed to come and do roof cleaning and I said No and i replied them not till my further notice, and send her screenshots and we both called the company and she had to clean the whole fish pond to check if all the fish was ok. We both called the company from the number provided on the card and left messages for and was told manager will going to call us as they were not supposed to go without letting us know and it’s been over a month no one called. We not sure what service they did, how long it took, what did they do no idea.. Don’t trust them at all, very very pushy and bad communication with the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in the past has been excellent. As the service provided was spraying roof and repair (if necessary) It would be at least six months before results are noticeable. I have little doubt results will be up to standards supplied.
