★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THEM! They never showed up for my appointments for 3 different bookings. Their customer service was disgusting, no remorse for wasting my time at all, and after all the issues when I tried to call back to find out what was going on was told I had never had a booking in the first place as I had never replied to the initial email... Have now emailed requesting a manager to contact me back twice over the past few weeks and had no response at all. Go through Smart Energy Solutions! Outstanding service, came to assess my home the next day, and installed the following week. Plus excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick to deal with and a good quality job. Hiren came out and measured up, and about a week later two supermen, Siupeli and Joey, came and did the job. I was amazed at how fast and hard these 2 guys worked, and their fine workmanship was a great pleasure to see. Thanks guys! The house is much warmer. 10 out of 10

I have found throughout the process all staff friendly efficient and extremely knowledgeable
The install team today were excellent. Friendly, polite and kept me up to date throughout the day what they were doing. What a hard working team.
I would recommend them to others and thank them for the end result. Looking forward to a warmer winter

That's why we appreciate things being done efficiently. GreenSide Energy did an amazing job. They installed ceiling and underfloor insulation and put in two heat pumps. The team were extremely professional and very respectful of our property. We mentioned the experience to each of our parents and our siblings - and they are all booked in for insulation. We thoroughly recommend GreenSide Energy without hesitation. Great work team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greenside shoud have installed heaypump MSZ GL 3VGD modelaccording to contact, but installed MSZ GS 3VFD without sny prior notice.
When I said Greenside installed erong one, Greenside replyed the right model id not produced any more.But many company sell same model$1708.00.Greensidr adked me $2500 + gst.
One more problem is Greenside brought unboxed heatpump, which could be second hand one.

Out of the three organisations I had selected, GSES were the first ones to get in touch with me regarding my insulation needs.
David Keefe was the friendly gentleman who assessed our situation, and after that the process was straightforward and all the mahi was carried out promptly.
We're very happy with the results and thank all of those who were apart of the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greenside was the first company to come back to me after requesting 3 quotes. Their salesman Andrew was on site the next day, and has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Fast forward 2 weeks later, the installer team came on site very happy young men who take pride in their work. They installed our roof insulation and we felt the difference immediately.
