I have very real concerns about the hard sell tactic used by this man doing the Havelock North area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointing service - Rung to make a booking today for a roofie to come out to our place to check out a roof leak. Customer service person advised us that someone will give us a call back. Guy called Kevin rung and was rather arrogant. Said he can't help us until next year!!!! Pretty disappointing service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I called I never got a call back, second time someone came out to look at the roof, but spent more time telling us the roofing could possibly have asbestos and would increase the cost, than they did looking at the actual work required. Then never heard from them again despite saying they would come back to us. Wish companies that are too busy or not interested would just say so rather than wasting my time. No Good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting months for another company to re-screw our roof I contacted Edwards & Hardy. They measured up the next day and quote was in hand by the end of the day. Gave the go ahead and job was done a few days later. Excellent job and excellent communication and followup. Very professional and great to see all roofers using safety equipment. Highly recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your salesman acted very unprofessional when calling to our home. We got evidence of the salesman taking photos of our property that had nothing to do with roofing at all. Previous experience with Edwards and Hardy is that they are VERY pushy. I feel that entering private property without prior permission, ie phoning first is pretty shocking these days. A lot of other professional service providers would send a text message to notify of their visit. Could you please tell this guy not to call back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't call this company unless you want a reroof, they won't deal with you unless it's a full $20,000 reroof. Then when they ignore your maintenance needs, they'll send their cleaner rep around your neighborhood to poach any other revenue they can get from the area to make up the poor assessment we were given. Yep.
And I doubt my info is on your record as everything was hand written and probably tossed.
