★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a cab for a pickup. 5 minutes late, I called them to find out where they were and I was told waiting for a car to become available. I hadn't received a phone call to tell me they were running late. If you book a cab for a particular time, that customer probably needs the cab for that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I thought we'd "give them a go". Booked the night before for 5.15am pick up. Didn't show. Whwn we called, the lady said they only had one driver on and he had gone home! You'd think they would've assigned a booking and made sure a driver was on. In the end Kiwi Cabs saved us, should've gone with them first.

To my amateur mind best to provide recpt. Disgrace office. It's a test. profrssional complaint. Goto coy or 111. Know u rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Taxi drivers , tried to rip off my partner and when he was confronted about it, the taxi driver threatened to call the cops! He wanted $50 from petone to Woburn. Not very pleased at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Syvonne in cab 16 gave me a lift from the airport to town. Very good trip, great service. I left a new book in the back, and she was really kind - kept it safe for me, and even arranged to post it back to me when she found out I wasn't going to be back in Wellington for ages. Very kind and helpful. Thanks Syvonne!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not turn up. ACC booking . 70 year old with broken leg going to a medical appointment. Rang me 20 min late saying on there way. I had already missed the Appointment. Stood for 20 min in pouring rain waiting for a no show. Very very poor. Did not make important medical appointment and suffered with pain waiting on them . Have advised ACC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using eko cabs for acc, the drivers have been great when they arrive, but the service is regularly late with no notification. This morning I booked a cab for 7:45am and nothing had arrived by 815am. I called at 8am asking for an update but got nothing. I eventually had to cancel and get an uber because by that stage I was running late for a meeting.
Would never book with these guys if I wasn't getting it through acc.
