★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service, needed wof for caravan told them on the phone that it is an English caravan model and year they did not advise us to get the switch plugs changed before the guy turn up, he spent 10 minutes just looking at the power plugs then told us we need to upgrade the power switch because the new regulation then billed us fully amount for inspection despite not passing wof. we contacted other company they told us up front that we would need to get the plugs to be upgraded and they can taking of that all for us. they also told us the new regulation actually not come to effect from 2020 so for this greedy people they should not billed us and should be honest to us when we making appointment
we don't recommend their service at all.
