Justine was great keeping me updated but it was the drawn out time having my ute checked over and amount of work needed for it to comply.
They replaced some parts that didn't need changing.
When I arrived at the depot, the tailgate of my Ute was dented. The stoneguard protector had a piece snapped off. There was no spare wheel, lucky I checked. The drivers door did not close properly.
My Ute may be 22 years old but I would have liked to have see more attention to detail and care taken in making sure it was all working and in good condition.
It certainly was when I dropped it off at the yard.

I had also picked a model which was somewhat tricky to get through. Justine provided advice and guidance and kept me up to date all the way through. Many thanks for your invaluable help.

She even took me to get Roxey registered and helped with the paperwork -which I was very grateful for after moving country and filling in so many forms along the way!
I highly recommend Justine and the Fasttrack team for looking after your vehicle and getting you on the road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place a higher rating if I could! Justine is amazing and the service and customer service is one of the best experiences I have had. They also delivered ahead of the promised time and passed on the savings when the parts came in cheaper. Excellent all round.

I had a couple of hiccups along the journey with my car and Justine's approach and attitude towards my many requests were excellent and nothing was an issue. I can not recommend this company enough. totally stress free for me. :)
