I would have saved nearly $800 for repair if I had went to this place in the first place.They even went into the trouble to complete a repair that was not accomplished by the crowd I sent the equipment through to for repair when the equipment failed to work and didn't even charge for the service.

This happened back at your Boston road branch, it was a Milwaukee m18 Surge impact driver. I didn't request for a quotation, I was told to go there from the supplier that I bought the driver from and show the warranty card I was given, time came around to pick up my driver and was charged on the spot, I wasn't notified of having to pay anything the first time I brang in the driver. I would have been fine with paying if the driver was fixed but the guy said nothing was wrong with it :)
Long story short I took it to another repair shop and they replaced it with a new one right off the shelf no questions asked.
