★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disgusted with this place. I went there yesterday for the first time. The girls at the counter were leaning almost rolling on the counter and didnt know anything so they called some young boy to the counter further down the shop. It took 5 minutes and 2 bell rings for him to apear. Then he quoted 2-4 hundred for a roof rack! CHEAP?! Yeah right! I want a rack for a small car not a flaming truck!!!!. Not impressed at all. No wonder the shop was empty if customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff know absolutely jack about cars, couldn’t even figure out how to work a gift card. Highly recommend you just go to Mt Wellington instead. Much more friendly and on to it staff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems change of staff - started badly when first phoned the shop then went in and got ripped off something horrible - wasnt given a cheaper option, really bad service, not sure whats happened used to be best place to go with
nicest people. Wont be going back.

Asked if I was ok and needed help, well yes I did and next thing you know, Im out of the shop with all I need and not really being a car person it was a HUGE help. The young Asian man was so good and hope management staff recognise the great service their team provides. Great work keep it up ??
