★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service, supplied engineering supplies incorrectly several times, then wouldn't produce a refund as didn't have the receipt handy, so returned again with receipt and then they just refused to process one. Bad form & poor customer relations. Ended up sourcing what we need elsewhere.
