★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them 4-5 times and I can say that they are only reliable during low season but very unreliable during peak season. This includes their customer service which is useless and rude when they are busy. Very disappointing. If you need a car sorted immediately don't go with them as their booking system only does "requests" with 24 hours before they respond to you with a high chance of it being declined anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read conditions carefully. Company will charge upto $40 administration charges PLUS original infringement notice fee( edit : in my case, parking ticket was NOT left on windscreen. I only knew about this fine when you guys sent me email. Most probably This ticket issued through CCTV and sent directly to you guys. Also ticket issued on 30 sept and i got email on 25 October. )
