★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired to study at this school with a nickname i've never used anywhere else. Now I get scam emails from companies addressed my nickname and email. Fairly obvious that they sell the emails of those who enquire with them (or at least the system they use does). Also could not tell me how much fees would be, not even a rough quote. The difference between 5k to 50k a year makes a difference, why would i apply if i don't know how much its going to cost me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (THINKING OF APPLYING? READ THIS) I found Elite to be a very unorganised and disgusting school. For my interview with Elite I drove 4hrs to the school and 4hrs home again. In the interview I was told by the interviewer (Heather) if I drive from Northland to Auckland again and sit in a class I will 100% make it in which later changed to "you'll have a better chance of getting in but I can't guarantee it". After driving to Auckland for the second time and sitting in a class for 3hrs I was then sent a letter via email the next day telling me when induction day was, what to wear and a note saying by now you should of applied to studylink. Immediately I applied for my student loan & allowance. Found a place to stay down in Auckland & 2 days before induction I moved all of my belongings & funiture to Auckland where I now live so I'm close to the school. One day before induction I texted Heather to ask what time induction would usually finish where she then rung me & told me I didn't make it in & the induction letter was a mistake. She then told me I should of received a letter in the mail saying I didn't make it in which I never received. She then told me she would get Melissa (Education Manager) to ring me & discuss my application. When Melissa rung me I explained to her how I traveled to auckland twice a 16hrs drive all up and $280 gas. I had moved to Auckland. I was asked why I didn't receive a letter, text or phone call to let me know I never made it in until I made contact first & why I was sent a welcome letter to induction. She then screamed at me repeating "You didn't get it, I don't want you in my school Its my school" and "I didnt tell you to move" when I tried to talk she screamed over me. Melissa showed no sympathy or responsibility for the schools mistake. She also said students are not told they don't make it in until the start of course which is not true bcs students need time to apply for there student allowance & loan. Melissa is truly the most disgusting women I've ever had the displeasure to talk to. She has an extremely bad attitude, shows no responsibility for her schools mistakes and overall I believe a bully should not be representing/running Elite.
If you're thinking about doing Beauty Thearpy I 100% recommend applying to Premier Beauty School.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this school as a customer, did a massage and two facials, just amazing service! I love it and recommend it, it's cheap and you don't feel at a school, beauticians are really professional and nice! I would go back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to Beauty Schools for services. Not only do I get a good service experience, if not great; it's inexpensive and provides students with a willing model. I found Elite to be professional, courteous, and a pleasant environment. The beauty technician, Lauren, was great. I have been waxed, had a facial, and will be returning for a mani/pedi in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this morning for a full body massage. I was with the massage therapist Kate F. She was amazing! Welcomed me in the waiting area, was smiling and had great communication skills. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. Massage was great, there was a feeling of safely, calmness and also Kate F has the hands of an angel! ??
Such a wonderful experience and I definitely will be going back there again. I highly recommend Kate F ✔️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I graduated from this institution ten years ago as an international student from Botswana. I did not enjoy my experience during my studies and I deeply regret being a former student.
I need a simple verification letter to prove that I did graduate. My former campus, New Market is closed so I contacted the Queen street campus... twice. They did not bother to reply. They are apathetic and highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner was there this morning for an exfoliation and massage. She really loved it and would recommend this place any day. :) She felt quite relaxed after a well deserved massage following a string of hectic work weeks and managing our 3 kids. Would definitely be going there again. Ms. Kaur deserves a special mention for her professionalism and expertise.
We would also like to thank the front desk staff who accommodated our requests for appointments across multiple dates and the willingness shown to change the same at very short notice. :)
