★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best nail salon I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in and sitting in the chair to when you walk out the door the ladies are so welcoming and have created a great atmosphere. The constant conversation not only with just you and your technician but with everyone else in the salon so you leave not only with a smile on your face and nails to die for but a place you definitely want to go back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serena Is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing her for over a year and she has helped me stop my nail biting habit (which i had been trying to break for 6 years!). I honestly couldn't have done it with out her. She is an amazing nail tech, her nail art is absolutely stunning! She is super non judgmental and has been so supportive of me during my nail journey. I've seen her for Gel manicures and acrylic and they are always flawless every time and leave me feeling good about the way my hands and nails look whenever I leave my appointment. Couldn't recommend more!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I walked into The Nail Vault, Serena greeted me so warmly and made me feel so welcome. I’ve never done my nails up so I wanted it to be special and I just told her, work your magic and boy did she! I did the mystery manicure and she made gorgeous galaxy inspired nails for me and I adore it. I can’t wait to go in for my next appointment. She also educated me on nail care and recommended a cuticle oil which smells so delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

1 on 1 experience where the technician is focused solely on you and the work done on you.
They cater to your individual nail needs/problems, offer advice/solutions. Great customer service makes the customer feel valued. Serena gave me her full attention throughout the hour and did the gel nails with high precision and great quality.
Im so picky and even the slightest error can trigger my ocd but theres no error here!! competent technicians. Not only do they do the job properly, but with great quality!! so i wouldnt say im satisfied instead, im happy! because my nails look so cute she has put in effort in each detail.
Definitely worth the money, its little bit extra than other places like in malls, but considering the time and effort put in, its great value for money.
and they actually have conversations with you!! yay

I always get so many compliments on my nails. Recently I was able to book a group of 4 for pre-wedding nails and spray tans and they were so professional and accommodating, even when the bride to be wanted to change the colour of her nails.
