โ โ โ โ โ Good Intense training sessions I tried the Psycho Circuit.
The Instructor was good & welcoming
Session was Fun even though I lacked personal fitness as Bodybuilding/lifting weights is my main sport.
Was also Nostalgic as I hadn't done Martial Arts since Childhood.
Just need to implement a Warm Down forwards. Was pretty sweet!!

Highly recommend to anyone who has always wanted to try boxing or kickboxing but have felt nervous or intimidated - you will feel comfortable and at home straight away everyone is so friendly!!

As the owner Jason Suttie and staff say it really is a big family, the encouragement and support are really amazing. I arrived very unfit and very over weight feeling lost and alone.Within a few months I have lost weight and grown in fitness and confidence like I wouldn`t have believed when I started. This place has felt like a warm embrace into an amazing supportive caring family. Thank you to all.
