★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently went here at 5:30pm to sign up for a 3 day trial, online said it was staffed until 7pm, we were told that staff are often there 10-4 and never usually on the weekends, so kind of impossible to sign up or do a trial when I work 9-5? Facilities were nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is okay. But they need to increase a few more excercising gadgets. No olympic rods or free bench press rods.The area is really very small and compact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering how we have a global pandemic, the hygiene in this place is literally scary. 99% of the users do not wipe their machines and the workers do not remind them or monitor this. The anti bacterial wipes keeps running out and there is an open packet just laying in the front counter with everyone just grabbing it and dropping it. I fear every time I go and train in there I am gonna catch a virus for sure considering how awful the health/safety and hygiene of the place is. I do not even want to talk about the toilets.

Staff is kick back and helpful rather the manix
PT there is solid. Mrs signed up 5w ago, seeing a lot of improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've read some reviews about this gym & frankly if your talking about the cleanings of the gym & others it's up to the members to keep the gym tidy & clean.
That means don't leave gym gear (towels, jumpers, socks, shoe's, even work boots left behind).
I'm sure us members did read the conditions & terms of the gym membership.
As for the staff I find them pleasant, friendly & helpful, so if you don't interact with them you never no them.
They are fitness instructors 1st, not there to police gym members flaws of poor gym etiquette.
So thank you JETTS... I like being a member ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loving this gym. Been with this team in the past and recently returned. It's kick back and if you go at the right time it's not so packed. The air is clean and the people are OK when they're not staring at you. Overall I'd recommend this gym to everyone that's wanting to join a gym.
